Lead the way at UniLodge South Bank by managing all operational aspects with with student wellbeing at the forefront. As the General Manager, you will skillfully navigate operating agreements, exceed financial targets, and maintain exceptional property standards. In this role, you will build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, and empower a motivated team to deliver exceptional service and seamless operations.
At a Glance, You Will
- Champion student wellbeing and ensure strict compliance with operating agreements and KPIs.
- Exceed financial targets while upholding superior property standards and maintenance.
- Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with investors, owners, universities, and residents.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team, promoting a positive culture and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee property operations, including budgeting, contracts, marketing, occupancy, and legal adherence.
To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Need
- Unrestricted Working Rights in Australia
- Valid Cert IV in Real Estate Practice/Certificate of Registration (QLD).
- Experience in the Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) sector is preferred, but not essential.
- Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a team.
